1.Post Basic Diploma in Nurse Practitioner in Midwifery from the institute recognized by Indian nursing council
2. સરકાર માન્ય સંસ્થા માંથી કોમ્પ્યુટરનો બેઝિક CCC કોર્ષ પાસ કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ
૩. ગુજરાત નર્સિંગ કાઉન્સિલ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન જરૂરી.

અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનમાં હેલ્થ વિભાગમાં ૨૪×૭ અર્બન પ્રાયમરી હેલ્થ સેન્ટર માટે ૧૧ માસનાં કરાર આધારિત એન.પી.એમ.(નર્સ પ્રેક્ટીશનર ઈન મિડવાઈફરી)ની ૫૯ ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ભરવા તથા તેની પ્રતિક્ષાયાદી બનાવવા લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ https://ahmedabadcity.gov.in માં recruitments ની લીંક પરથી એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મ, જરૂરી લાયકાત વિગતો તથા અન્ય વિગતો ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.સદર એપ્લીકેશન ફોર્મમાં માન્ય લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ તેમના નામ, સરનામું, ઉમર, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત તથા અનુભવ અંગેની વિગત સ્વઅક્ષરે ભરી જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રોની પ્રમાણિત નકલ સાથે તા ૧૩/૦૨/૨૦૨૫ થી તારીખ ૨૧/૦૨/૨૦૨૫ સુધી સાંજના ૬:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે રૂબરૂ અથવા રજીસ્ટર એ.ડી. થી મોકલવાની રહેશે. જો અરજી નિયત કરેલ તારીખ પછી આવશે તો અરજી માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે નહિ.
