Executive (HR) - 36 Years (Maximum)
Deputy Seperintendent - 41 Years (Maximum)
Executive (HR) - 500 Rs. FEES (NON REFUNDABLE)
Deputy Seperintendent - 250 Rs. FEES (NON REFUNDABLE)
Executive (HR) - Two years full time Post Graduate Qualification with minimum 55%
in final year in any of the following:
MBA(HR) / Social Work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management /
Human Resource Management or Development / Industrial Relations.
Distance Learning Courses secured in above degrees from the
Recognized university duly approved by UGC/DEB/AICTE may be
allowed only for Departmental Candidates who have rendered at least
03 years Service in PGVCL.
Deputy Seperintendent - M.S.W. / M.L.W. / M.B.A. (HR), 2 years full time course from
Govt. Recognized University with minimum 55% in Final Year.
Pay Scale
Executive (HR) - Pay Scale of Rs. 45400 - 101200 plus other benefits as per Company’s rules.
Deputy Seperintendent - Minimum in Pay Scale of Rs.35700 - 82100 plus DA, HRA, CLA, Medical, LTC as per Company’s rules.
Candidate will be selected based on interview Process.
