Note :-
The EWS category candidates at Merit Nos. 03, 07, 09 & 21 (Fem.) and the SEBC category candidates at Merit Nos. 02, 08, 10 & 11, are to be
recommended for appointment on unreserved posts as per G.A.D. Circular No. PVS-1099-MM-13-G4, dated 29/01/2000, PVS-2010-03-900-
G4, dated 23/07/2004 and PVS-102019-221-G4, dated 07/02/2019, as they have not availed any relaxation in age / Cut-Off Marks in P.T. or
Main Written Examination.
The EWS category candidate at Merit No. 05, though has secured his place in the merit of General Category, but due to better preference
available to him, he is selected against the post reserved for EWS Category in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 18 (2) and the
Judgement of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of Union of India versus Ramesh Ram and others (Civil Appeal No. 4310-4311 of
2010) [Arising out of SLP(C) Nos. 13571-72 of 2008].
The required No. of women candidates of General, EWS and SEBC Categories could not be selected even after relaxing 10 % Marks from the
Cut-off Marks of their respective categories.
In case of equal marks, the merit is assigned taking into consideration the date of birth (i.e. preference is given to the elder).
The Candidates with Limited Preference, at Merit Nos. 08, 10 & 18, have been allotted (indicative allotment) the posts, which remained
vacant, after allocation of posts to all the candidates, in accordance with their preferences
